Walls of windows fill the room with natural lighting and incredible views of the grounds, creating a pleasing atmosphere for your daily workout.  State-of-the-art equipment, a variety of classes for every level and personal trainers on staff combine to make our fitness center one of the most popular among Palm Springs health clubs.

The use of our facility is complimentary to guests of Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa.  Personal trainers do a have a fee, which can be added to your guestroom bill for your convenience.


Physical wellness is comprised of balance, cardiovascular conditioning, fitness, nutrition and strength training. Our professionals are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Personal Fitness Consultation - 60 minutes
This tailor made assessment will measure and further develop the four essential components of fitness: balance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and strength. Expand to 90 minutes for added time to carve out a total home prescription.

Golf Fitness - 60 minutes
To become a better golfer, an assessment to pinpoint physical challenges that have an effect on the golf game is essential. Experience a heightened awareness of the total body approach to the golfer’s game.

Private Yoga / Fitness Classes - 60 | 90 minutes
Private sessions are available for the following classes: Yoga , Pilates, Zumba, Tai Chi, Boot Camp. Please contact our reservations team for pricing.

Vino and Vinyasa - 2 hours
This private yoga class allows groups of 2 to 10 participants to experience the principles of yoga that are rooted in breath, balance, flexibility, strength and physical expression. All these facets of movement heighten the senses, as does wine tasting, when done with consciousness. Experience both together with a basic orientation to the art of yoga and wine in unison.
